Preconstruction Estimating:
We know that it's important to provide owners with information from which to build budgets and square footage. Our detailed conceptual estimates are determined by looking at historical data, probable
quantities, and learning from years of experience. We supply owners
with enough information to apply costs against building needs.

Design/Build:
In the Design Build approach, Clairmont acts as your single point of contact, managing both the design and construction services for your project. This process allows all parties to collaboratively participate in problem solving early in the design phase of the project, saving clients time and money while also reducing risks during the construction process.		 Construction Management:
In the Construction Management approach, Clairmont oversees the entire building process on behalf of the owner and becomes a partner in the process. We work directly with the project architect during the design phase providing valuable input on scheduling, materials, and overall budgets. Once construction begins, we act as your general contractor and provide project direction and on-site coordination through the completion of the project.

General Contracting:
As your GC, we are responsible for all services, materials and labor required to complete your project. Our alliance with the most skilled and reliable sub-contractors ensures a quality project from start to finish and our personal on-site supervision and effective planning keeps the workflow at an even pace.
